Workshop on Happiness.

What is “happiness?” How do we maximize our own and others’ happiness?  The new field of Positive Psychology has developed data and tools to help us find and maintain happiness, fulfillment, flow, and meaning.  For a preview of some happiness tools, click here.  This 2-session workshop allows participants the opportunity to engage with these tools and to develop a plan for achieving and maintaining happiness.
